Did you know that most reports in the SuccessEd application are populated with information from locked forms? That said, a report is only as accurate as the last locked meeting forms.

Just like Santa, December is the perfect time to “check your lists” to ensure that when it comes to naughty and nice data, you have nothing to worry about.

Students by Form Report

Prior to running certain reports (e.g., State Assessment, Bilingual/ESL Record, 504 Compliance, SPP Indicators, Federal Count), administrators and users can verify whether there are meeting forms which remain in draft by utilizing the Students by Form report, one that is available in all SE products.

How it Works: This report allows the user to go in and check to see which forms have been locked and which ones remain in draft.

 Example

If a counselor had run a state assessment report, Christy Chen’s state assessment information from the meeting on 10/1/20 will not be included on the report, because the meeting has not yet been locked. Checking regularly to make sure forms are locked prior to running reports aids with the accuracy on the reports that are being run.
