The "Administrative: State Assessments - All" report provides a list of state assessments across applications (SE Manager, SE 504, ELLA, and RTI). You can access this report by clicking on Reports in the top navigation menu, then Administrative, then State Assessments - All.

About the Report

Information for this report pulls from the following forms:

  • Special Education: Last locked IEP Meeting with a "State Assessment" section for the current year.
  • Section 504: Last locked 504 Student Services Plan (regardless of year)
  • Bilingual/ESL: Last locked ELLA Plan (regardless of year)
  • RTI: Last locked "Tier" form in which the student was noted to be "Active" (regardless of year)

  • The report lists students, their campus and grade level, program name, state assessments, accommodations, and additional comments.
  • The "Accommodations" field is a district-customizable field that can be updated by your "District Admin."
  • In order for a subject to be listed in the report, the facilitator must have used the drop-down to select the "Test Type." If the "Test Type" field is left blank, that subject’s recommendations will not pull into the report.

Running the Report

  1. After navigating to the "State Assessments - All" report, click Run Report. run report.png
  2. Select the desired report parameters.
    • District: Defaults to your district of record.
    • Campus: Only campuses you have been given access to in the application appear in the drop-down for you to select. You can only select one campus at a time.
    • Program Status: All SuccessEd programs used by the district are included (Special Education, Bilingual/ESL, Section 504, RtI/MTSS). You can Select All or as many programs as you like.
    • Grade: Defaults to all grades on the campus(es) you have selected. You can always remove grade levels if you choose.
    • Student: Defaults to "All." You have the ability to select a single student, if you prefer.

  3. Click View Report.

  • Only the campus, program status, grade levels, and students you have selected in the report parameters appear in the report.
  • You have the option of exporting your report to Excel, CSV, Word, or PDF formats by clicking the drop- down arrow next to the floppy disk icon. This report is best exported to Excel for further sorting.

Using the Report

  • Campus administrators who have been assigned the "Administrative [Reporting]" role can use this report to assist with planning for the provision of state assessment accommodations.
  • This report can be used to pull state assessment accommodations for students receiving services from all programs to which the district subscribes.
