SuccessEd allows you to run two reports that can help you identify LPAC folders pending reclassification, depending on where you captured the statement regarding pending reclassification in the EOY ELL plan.

Option 1

Did you capture the statement regarding pending classification in the "Meeting Minutes" on the "Recommendations and Signatures" page of the last ELL plan?

  1. Run the "ELL Meeting Minutes" report.
  2. Select a start date that captures your end of year plans from last school year.
  3. Export the report to Excel.
  4. Enable Editing in Excel.
  5. Click on column G to highlight it, then click the button in your top tool bar labeled Conditional Formatting.
  6. Choose Highlight Cell Rules, then Text That Contains. conditional formatting.png
  7. Type "reclassification" in the box that appears. Choose for cells that contain that word to be highlighted in red.
  8. You can then re-sort your data by cell color, arranging all of your highlighted cells at the top of your spreadsheet.
