The following table defines the various student statuses used throughout SuccessEd. All statuses must be manually entered.

Active |
- All students who need to have forms added, edited, or locked in the system and are not parent denials.
- Includes students being evaluated, those served through Bilingual or ESL programs, and those who are currently being monitored.

Denial |
- Parent denies permission for the student to participate in the Bilingual/ESL program.
- Forms can still be edited/created for this student.

DNQ |
Student has a primary language other than English but is found to be ineligible for services. |
Return to General Education |
- Student has completed the monitor process and will no longer be considered to be EB in the application.
- Will roll into the "Inactive" campus over the summer unless they have an active status in another SuccessEd program.

Student is no longer enrolled in the district. |
Not Active |
Student is not in a Bilingual/ESL program and does not fit in any of the other categories. |
