The “Related Services by Service” report (also referred to as the “Related Services Schedule” report) pulls data directly from Section IV, “Determination of Services to Be Provided,” within all IEP meeting forms. This report provides a consolidated view of related services assigned to students and supports scheduling, service delivery tracking, and compliance monitoring.

Access the Related Services by Service Report
Select Reports from the top navigation menu.
Choose Programs – Special Education under “Available Reports.”
Click Related Services by Service.
Related Services List and PEIMS 163 Reporting
The Related Services list is district-customizable. A user with the District Administrator role can add or remove service options from the dropdown list used in IEP forms.
Some Related Service dropdown selections trigger a value of “1” for a corresponding data element on the “PEIMS 163 Record.” Your District Administrator must ensure that at least one qualifying option remains on the shared Related Services list.

To ensure a related service appears on this report, the service must be selected from the official Related Services dropdown list in Section IV of the IEP. Free-text entries or modified dropdown values will not populate the report.
Run the Related Services by Service Report
After navigating to the report, click Run Report.
Select your desired report parameters:
District: Defaults to your district
Campus: Displays only campuses you have permission to access
Program Status: Defaults to "Active," "Initial," "Private/Home," and "Transferred." You may add or remove statuses.
Grade: Defaults to all grades on selected campuses
Case Manager: Defaults to "All"
Student: Defaults to "All"
Service: Select one or more related service names to include.
Academic Year: Defaults to the current school year
Note: If the upcoming school year is not visible in the "Academic Year" dropdown, your District Administrator must enter dates in the Academic Year Calendar before the year will appear.
Click View Report.
View and Export the Report
Only the related service names selected in the report parameters appear in the results.
Export the report to Excel, CSV, Word, or PDF by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the export icon.
Using the Related Services by Service Report
The “Related Services by Service” report supports service tracking, scheduling, and staffing decisions.
Related service providers can use the report to monitor service delivery and plan schedules, especially at the beginning of the school year. Providers should rerun the report regularly to capture changes.
Case managers can review the report to verify related services assigned to their students.
Administrators can use the report for staffing analysis and planning for upcoming school years.
