The "Related Services Schedule" report pulls from "Section IV. Determination of Services to Be Provided" in all IEP meeting forms.
As shown in the image below, you can find this report by choosing Reports from the top navigation menu, choosing Programs - Special Education from "Available Reports," then clicking Related Services by Service.
"Related Services" is a district-customizable list, so services can easily be added or removed from your drop-down list by your "District Administrator."
Drop-down selections must be used for the "Related Service" to be included in this report. The drop-down selection cannot be changed in any way.

Running the Report
- After navigating to the report, click Run Report.
- Select your desired parameters.

District: Defaults to your district of record.

Campus: Only campuses you have been given access to in the application appear in the drop-down for you to select.

Program Status: Defaults to active student statuses: "Active," "Initial," "Private/Home," and "Transferred." You can remove or add more statuses as you wish.

Grade: Defaults to all grades on the campus(es) you have selected. You can remove grade levels, if you choose.

Case Manager: Defaults to "All." You may choose to select a single case manager, if you like.

Student: Defaults to "All." You have the ability to select a single student, if you prefer.

Service: Select any/all related service names you would like to appear on the report.

Academic Year: Defaults to the current year, but you can go back to previous years or ahead to next year.

- Click View Report.
Viewing the Report
- Only the related service names you have selected in the report parameters appear on the report.
- Export the report to Excel, CSV, Word, or PDF formats by clicking the drop-down arrow by the floppy disk icon.
Using the Report
- Any related service provider can use this report to stay on track with services to be provided. This can be particularly helpful at the beginning of the school year to assist with scheduling, but service providers should re-run this report on a regular basis to keep up with any changes.
- Any case manager can refer to this report to see related services provided to any of their students.
- Administrators can use this report to assist in staff planning for the upcoming year.
