Students by Form

  • Provides a list of students and forms grouped by "Student" or "Form," with the form in draft, locked, or both.
  • Pick a date range for the entire school year, such as August 1–May 31.
  • Request staff review forms still in draft status. Should they be locked, deleted, or left in draft?
Note: Delete only if drafted forms were simply drafted and never used.

Student Recommendations Report

  • Provides a list of students who have a draft or locked tier form with completed "Area of Concern" and "Status" in the "Recommendations" section. Allows you to see how the student completed this school year and where the student will begin in the upcoming school year.
  • Select All for "Decisions."
  • You can choose to filter by Active and/or Not Active "Status." Choosing Not Active allows you to see students who have been previously served in RTI.

Student Directory

  • Provides a list of students with their "Name," "Address," "Phone Number," "Campus," and "Grade."
  • Can run for both Active and Not Active "Status."
  • Students on the list who have moved or withdrawn should be changed to Not Active on "Program Compliance." At rollover, the student will roll to the "Inactive Campus." If the student returns, program administrators can place the student correctly from the "Inactive Campus."

Student Campuses and Grades

  • Provides a list of students with their campus and grade information as it appears in the "Enrollment" tab under "Student Information." Use prior to and after rollover to ensure students are available on their correctly enrolled campus.
  • Districts without Connex: If the next "Current Campus" is blank, this should be addressed on the student’s "Enrollment" tab.
  • Districts with Connex can also run this report. When Connex is turned back on after rollover, the students will be placed on the campus as reported by the district’s Student Information System (SIS).
