Using the Report

  • Use the report to look easily for data fields that have been left blank in the "Strategies to Address Concern" box. Leaving a box blank would result in this information not appearing on the parent letter.
  • Review goal end dates to ensure the student(s) have at least one active goal in place. A minimum of one active goal is required for this information to pull to the parent letter.
  • Sorting this report by "Strategy" allows a "District Administrator" to see which strategies are being used by their campuses. This may assist in appropriately updating your shared list.
  • Look for student(s) who may appear to be active on multiple tiers for the same skill level, particularly if there are active goals noted for each tier.
