Determine what name your district uses for their inactive campus. Some call it “Inactive” and some call it “Beyond”. In the "Current Campus" column, search for the name used to describe that campus. You may need to navigate through several pages to find it. When that campus name is located, copy it exactly and paste it into the text box under Current Campus.
Then, use the filter icon and select “DoesNotContain”. This step will remove students who are in the inactive campus. You should be seeing the total number of students shown at the bottom right continuing to decrease as these filters are applied.
Select Export to Excel (the icon right above Student ID).
In the newly-created Excel spreadsheet, in the "Current Campus" column, click on the filter option and deselect Training School campus. This step will continue to narrow your student list.
In Status column (may be titled Special Education, Bilingual/ESL, Section 504, or RTI), make selections to only include students in these statuses:
- Special Education: Active, Initial, Private/Home, Transferred
- Bilingual/ESL: Active, Denial
- 504: Active
- RTI: Active
You can continue to select multiple filters to allow you to work with the data. Recommended filters would be Current Campus, Grade, EB, Student Last Name.
