Section 504 Student Statuses

Checking for Students No Longer Active in the Section 504 Program

It’s helpful to ensure that all students who are no longer active in the Section 504 program for your district are marked "Not Active" on his/her "Program Compliance" tab.

Checking Active 504 Students

You can generate a roster for "Active" Section 504 students and compare it to a list generated by your Student Information System (SIS). Either of the following reports works for this purpose. These can be accessed via Reports > Programs – Section 504.

  • "Student Campuses and Grade" - Select Program Status "Section 504–Active"
  • "Student Directory" - Select Program Status "Section 504 – Active"
TIP: We recommend that student status checks be run routinely throughout the school year instead of waiting untill the end or beginning of the school year.
