The following reports are especially useful for users working with students in Bilingual/ESL programs.
These reports can by found by clicking on Reports in the top navigation menu, then Programs - Bilingual/ESL under "Available Reports.

Bilingual/ESL Record
- Lists students, last meeting date, EL status, primary language, program type, parental permission code, and immigrant code.
- Fields are populated on lock of the English language learner (ELL) plan or by manual entry on the "Program Compliance" tab.
28 Day Timeline Compliance
- Displays a list of transfer students and their 28-day timeline calculations.
- In addition to basic demographic information, this report also gives you EL status, date entered district, 28-day timeline, meeting date (date initial meeting held), and student status (active, denial).
ELL Meeting Minutes
- Displays a list of students and the meeting minutes from their last locked ELL plan.
- Consider running a report covering the first day of last school year to current date.
Meeting Roster
- Displays a roster of meetings for all or selected students, based on their last locked ELL plan.
- Notes program placement, members in meeting, and state assessment plans.
Students by Form
- Provides a list of students and forms grouped by Student or Form, with the selected form in draft, locked, or both.
- Choose a date range that is applicable for your reporting purposes.
- Shows the date of the last change to the form.
