What if the intervention/strategy the student will receive for the identified skill area(s) does not print on my parent letter?

  • In order for the chart to print on the parent letter, every field in the chart must be populated. This means you must have information in: Skill Area, Strategy, Frequency, Duration, Start, End, and Goal. If any information is left blank, this chart will not populate to the parent letter.
  • When you are printing the parent letter, you must have an active goal in progress. If the end date of your goal has already passed, that means you have no active goals for the student and the chart will not print.

Why does the incorrect date print on my parent letter?

In order for the correct RTI/MTSS meeting date to print on the parent letter, the Tier plan must be locked. If you are attempting to print the parent letter from a Tier plan that is still in draft, the date you are printing the letter will appear on the letter. For example, if you have a Tier 2 plan completed in April 2021 but left in draft, and you print the parent letter in June 2021, the date on the parent letter will be June, not April.
