The following questions relate to troubleshooting techniques.

Has the student moved or withdrawn from the district?

If so, change the status on Program Compliance (Moved or Withdrawn), indicate the date in the Services Start Date field, and Save.

Has the student re-enrolled and an IEP Meeting hasn’t been held to start services?

If so, change the status on Program Compliance (Transferred), indicate the date in the Services Start Date field, Date entered SpEd, and Save.

Did you correct grade retentions?

Run the Student Campuses, Grades, and Program Names report to verify student grade levels.

Is the student an IEP Continuer?

Run the Graduation Options report or run a Custom Report, including IEP Continuer as an option from the Compliance section, to verify if the student is an IEP Continuer.

ECSE?

There may be some students who need their ECSE Location Code removed (blanked out) manually in the SE application and in the SIS.
