Uploading Documents to History

If you wish to upload documents to the "History" tab, you will first need to choose the product area affiliated with your intentions (i.e., SE Manager, SE IEP Goals, etc.). Once selected, you will click the History tab related to the student for whom the document needs to be uploaded.

Once on the "History" page, enter the Document Description. This is the title that will display under the "Description" in the Uploaded Documents grid. *When entering a name into this field, we recommend you utilize the naming convention of "YYYYMMDD" to efficiently locate uploaded documents.

You will then click Choose File to find the document that will be uploaded to the "History" tab. (The name of the selected file will display to the right of the Choose File button.) Once you have made your selection, click Upload.

 Pro Tip: Files uploaded to Student History should not exceed 10MB.

The uploaded document will then display under the Uploaded Documents header.
