To ensure continuous calculation of SPP Indicator 11 timelines, it is recommended that the Academic Year and School Day Calendars be configured as soon as the school board approves the district calendar for the next school year.

Academic Year Calendar
Click Set School Day Calendar to enter district holidays/non-school days. This selection will display the School Day Calendar section.
School Day Calendar
The calendar that displays will be set based on the first and last days of school, as determined on the previous screen. Each Saturday and Sunday over the course of the school year are already indicated as non-school days.
Click the days in each month that are student holidays/non-school days. If a non-school day needs to be changed or added, District Administrators can return to this screen and un-select a school day and Indicator 11 will re-calculate for the students affected by the change (e.g., bad weather make up days).
Once all days have been selected, the program will auto-save the screen. Click the Return to Academic Year Calendar button (at the top of the School Day Calendar) to return to the main calendar page.
