Report Triggers
Student has a locked EB Plan form with a completed State Assessments section dated on or before the entered “Decision as of” date.
Initial Steps
Run the Student by Form report to ensure all draft EB Plans are locked. Suggested report parameters include:
- Program Statuses: Select All
- Form Name: ELLA – EB Plan
- Form Lock Status: Draft
