SPP Indicator 13

SPP Indicator 13 Triggers:

Based on your report parameters, any student aged 16+ appears on the report.

The Supplement: Transition has two pages, the title page and SPP Indicator 13: Folder Review. The Folder Review page provides the Y/N data for the SPP Indicator 13 report.

Program Compliance:

  • The Folder review date is populated on lock of Supplement: Transition if the SPP Indicator 13: Folder Review page is included. (The date may also be manually input.)
  • If the “Reported to TEASE:” is marked:
    • Yes, the student will not appear on the report.
    • No, the student will appear on the report.

If the district has opted to use another Transition Supplement form, the form in SE Manager may be completed and locked for reporting purposes.

  • If the Supplement: Transition form is not completed in SE Manager, the SPP Indicator 13 report provides a list of students aged 16+.

Before running your SPP Indicator 13 Report:

Run the Students by Form report to ensure all draft Supplement: Transition forms are locked.

  • Suggested report parameters:
    • Program Statuses: Active, Initial, Private/Home, and Transferred.
    • Form Name: SE Manager – Supplement: Transition.
    • Form Lock Status:

When viewing the SPP Indicator 13 report data:

If... Then...
folder Review Date is blank
  • the Supplement: Transition is not completed or locked
  • the date was not entered on Program Compliance
"Meets Requirements" column is "N"
  • the Supplement: Transition is not completed or locked
  • one or more questions were answered "No"
the Supplement: Transition was completed and locked, but the student is not on the report
  • "Yes" is checked for Reported to TEASE on Program Compliance
  • the SPP Indicator 13 Folder Review page was not completed
