Report Triggers:

The student is between the ages of 3 and 6.
Based on Locked Child Outcome Summary (COS) forms, available in SE Manager and SE FIE.
For the Entry Record, the Date PPCD Services Began and COS Entry Date fields must be completed.
For the Exit Record, the Date PPCD Services Ended and COS Exit Date fields must be completed.

Before Running Your SPP Indicator 7 Report:

Run the Student by Form report to ensure all draft COS Forms are locked.
Suggested report parameters include:
- Program Statuses: Select All
- Form Name: SE FIE – Child Outcome Summary and SE Manager – Child Outcome Summary
- Form Lock Status: Draft
If the district has opted to use a different COS form, then SPP Indicator 7 will not display student information.
Run the SPP Indicator 6 report to determine all students aged 3 to 5.

If a student's name is not on the report:	Then...
Form-based reasons	the COS form may not be locked the Date PPCD Services Began or Ended field is blank on the COS form the COS Entry or Exit Date field is blank on the COS form the COS form data did not occur during the selected academic year
Student Info-based reasons	the student is younger than 3 or older than 6 the student was in PPCD less than 6 months
