This article will outline the recommended steps to troubleshoot why form(s) cannot be added to a student.
- Students
In the Search field on the Student page, enter a few letters of the student’s name and click Enter (for Windows) or Return (for Mac). Then, in the results that appear, select the Pencil icon to the left of the student's name.
This selection will open the student's information. From here, reference the tabs at the top of the student's record and click the "Program Compliance" tab.
Scroll down to the appropriate program and give the student one of the Active statuses for the specific program.
*In this example, the status reflects the options offered via the Special Education Compliance section. You might also reference the Bilingual/ESL, Section 504, and Response to Intervention (RTI) sections.
Click Save. The user will be able to return to the product and pull up the student to add forms, etc.
