The Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE) date on the "Program Compliance" screen identifies when a student’s evaluation was completed. This article explains how the FIE date populates in Program Compliance and outlines the different scenarios where the system pulls this date from forms, uploads, and IEP documentation.
Scenario 1: Full and Individual Evaluation Form
The FIE date may populate from a "Full and Individual Evaluation" form when the report title is set to Full and Individual Evaluation and the form is saved and locked.
Scenario 2: Full Individual and Initial Evaluation Form
The FIE date may populate from a "Full and Individual Evaluation" form when the report title is set to Full Individual and Initial Evaluation and the form is saved and locked.
Scenario 3: Review of Existing Educational Data (REED) Form
The FIE date may populate from the "Review of Existing Educational Data (REED)" form when the form is completed and the option Yes is selected for the statement: “This Review of Evaluation Data will serve as [Student’s] FIE dated ______.”
Selecting this option and locking the REED form allows the system to use the specified date as the FIE date in Program Compliance.
Scenario 4: IEP Meeting Form (Review of Evaluation Data Section)
The FIE date may populate when the "Current Date of Full and Individual Evaluation" is entered in the "Review of Evaluation Data" section within the IEP meeting form.
When the IEP meeting form is completed and locked, the entered evaluation date can populate the "FIE Date" field in Program Compliance.
Scenario 5: Full and Individual Evaluation Upload Form
The FIE date may populate from the "Full and Individual Evaluation Upload" form when the uploaded document is titled "Full and Individual Evaluation" and the form is saved and locked.
Scenario 6: Full Individual and Initial Evaluation Upload Form
The FIE date may populate from the "Full and Individual Evaluation Upload" form when the uploaded document is titled "Full Individual and Initial Evaluation" and the form is saved and locked.
