Report Triggers
Student has a locked IEP Meeting form with a completed Section IV-B. State Assessments for the selected academic year
Prior to Running Your State Assessment Report
Run the Student by Form report to ensure all draft IEP Meeting forms are locked.
Suggested report parameters include the following:
- Program Statuses: Select All
- Form Name: SE Manager – Amendment to the Individualized Education Program (IEP), Brief Individualized Education Program (IEP), Individualized Education Program Meeting, Transfer Individualized Education Program
- Form Lock Status: Draft
Viewing Report Data
| If... | Then... |

| The state assessments on the report do not match the latest IEP Meeting decision | - the IEP meeting is not locked |
| The student is not on the report | - one or more of the selected parameters does not match the student’s information, such as Campus, Status, Grade, Case Manager, Academic Year, or Test Type |
| One or more subject is not listed for a student | - changes were made to the District Customizable Shared List for the Test Type (e.g., the student’s last IEP Meeting has STAAR-A selected and STAAR -A has since been removed from the list) |
