This article provides instructions that can be used in the event you're having difficulty accessing (i.e. opening, downloading, finding, etc.) a PDF file in the "News" section of the application.
Tip
It is recommended that if you're using the Chrome web browser and have difficulty, that you try using a different browser.- Refer to the following image. The text bordered in red is a sample of the type of text that you will encounter. It is bound with asterisks. This text is a hyperlink that can initiate a download. The file (PDF) that downloads contains release and/or update information.
- Right-mouse click on the text and then select Save Link As.
If you're prompted that the link is not secure, you can continue the process of saving the file. Depending on the browser you may need to click More Actions and then click Keep Anyway.
- Enter a file name, select a location and then click Save. The file is downloaded.
